This stunning pleat-back dress/top is named after Kobe City and the mountains that frame the harbour. The back detail features two long pleats overlapping a key-hole neckline with side seam slits and a clean, scoop neck front. Comes in two variations: a mid-calf length dress with looks great belted at the waist or a top with cropped front and a dipped back hem.
