SUGGESTED FABRIC

Since this pattern features ruffles and gentle gathering, fabrics with a gentle drape work best, while overly stiff or crisp fabrics may not achieve the intended silhouette. To make the most of this four-season design, consider these options:

Linen or Linen Blends
Cotton Lawn or Voile
Rayon or Viscose
Tencel (Lyocell)
Double Gauze
Lightweight Flannel

 The fabrics I used for my Tie NO 2 Dresses 
1. Cotton Double Gauze - Dark Cocoa Gingham
2. SS Linen - Teal
3. Terrazzo Linen Jacquard - Merlot
4. Ethereal Stripe Linen - Amber
5. Cotton - Vintage Rose (I used this fabric to clearly distinguish between the right and wrong sides for the video; however, I wouldn't recommend it for this specific dress, as it’s a bit too stiff for a flowy silhouette.)

PREPARATION

Pre-wash and dry all your fabrics as this will prevent your garment from shrinking. We recommend you read the instructions thoroughly before sewing.

PATTERN PRINTING (At Home (A4/Letter) / Copy Shop (A0) / Projector)

At Home (A4/Letter) :

When it comes to printing the pattern at home, we offer two versions. The first is a standard version that is 36 pages and includes all pattern pieces. The second option is 18 pages, saving you paper and ink. This option provides the measurements for the Side Panel, Sleeves and Ties, rather than pattern pieces. Select the option that works best for you.

For your convenience, layer options for each size are included in the pattern, allowing you to print your specific size only. Please ensure that your printer settings are adjusted to a scale of 100% or set to ‘Actual Size’ for accurate printing.

When printing, set the page orientation to Automatic or Landscape. The pattern is drafted in landscape format.

The A0 pattern file is located in the designated folder. For your convenience, it includes layer options for each size.

The file supports copyshop printing with a 2-page layout that includes all required pattern pieces.

Projector Option

You can find the Projector file in the designated folder with layer options available for each size.
