Shipping + Returns
Shipping within CANADA:
Within Canada, all packages are shipped via the most economical method. Estimated delivery is within 3-7 business days for most addresses. If your order is greater than $125 before taxes and after discounts, shipping charge is FREE. If your order is less than $125 before taxes and after discounts, shipping is a $10 flat rate. Depending on the size of your order, it will be either shipped letter mail or expedited mail. (In case we send your order via Oversized Letter mail and it costs less than $4 , we make a partial refund on shipping overages.) Please note that for remote areas or for particularly heavy packages, extra charges may apply. You will be contacted by email if this is the case.
We close our shop for now and we only offer local pickups.
Our local pickup hours is M to F 12 pm - 2 pm.
Please choose LOCAL PICKUP as the shipping option at checkout and we will send you a READY FOR PICKUP email when your order is ready!
Shipping to the U.S.A. (excludes U.S. territories and possessions):
Orders to the U.S.A. will be shipped via the most economical method. Estimated delivery is within 7-14 business days, excluding any time that your package may be delayed in customs. The shipping and handling charge is a $10 CAD flat rate. If you would like faster delivery, please contact us for details and pricing. Please note that for remote areas or for particularly heavy packages, extra charges may apply. You will be contacted by email if this is the case.
International Shipping (Outside of Canada & U.S.A.):
We do ship outside internationally. Please check the calculated rates based on the size and the weight of your order at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees:
Shipping and handling charges do not include any customs fees or duties or taxes placed on the package. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Customs forms will be filled out with the actual total cost of your order and with an accurate description of the products ordered.
We do not take any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. We will provide any tracking information that we have for your parcel and aid you in launching an investigation with Canada Post or other carrier for your parcel. However, we cannot reimburse you the cost for any lost parcels or re-send you your fabric.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
If the return occurs only from changing mind or making mistake, we don't give refunds. If you have received incorrect, damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to let us know about your return. Return it to us within 14 days of purchase to receive a full refund (not including original shipping charges). Please note that any product returned must be unused.
