The download link was sent to your email along with your order confirmation. There should be a separate email containing your download links.

If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

Still can’t find it? Please double-check the email address connected to your payment method to make sure it matches your order.

2. My download files are showing an error. What should I do?

3. I'm new to PDF patterns. How can I use them?

If you’re new to PDF patterns, we recommend checking out a tutorial or video on how to use them. Here’s a helpful video for you:

4. My pattern isn’t matching or the outlines aren’t showing. What’s wrong?

This usually happens due to your printer settings. Please try changing your printer orientation to “auto-orientation” or “landscape” and print again.

5. Are the download links expired?

No. You can download your patterns anytime and as many times as you need, as long as you keep the emails you received.

6. I’m a sewing instructor. Can I get wholesale prices for my students?
