SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Shipping within CANADA:
Within Canada, all packages are shipped via the most economical method. Estimated delivery is within 3-7 business days for most addresses. If your order is greater than $125 before taxes and after discounts, shipping charge is FREE. If your order is less than $125 before taxes and after discounts, shipping is a $10.00 flat rate. Depending on the size of your order, it will be either shipped letter mail or expedited mail. Please note that for remote areas or for particularly heavy packages, extra charges may apply. You will be contacted by email if this is the case.

Local Pick-up:
We now offer free local pick-up option at checkout. We will contact you once your order gets ready! 
 
Shipping to the U.S.A. (excludes U.S. territories and possessions):
Orders to the U.S.A. will be shipped via the most economical method. Estimated delivery is within 7-14 business days, excluding any time that your package may be delayed in customs. The shipping and handling charge is a $10 CAD flat rate. If you would like faster delivery, please contact us for details and pricing. Please note that for remote areas or for particularly heavy packages, extra charges may apply. You will be contacted by email if this is the case.
 
International Shipping (Outside of Canada & U.S.A.):
We do ship outside internationally. Please check the calculated rates based on the size and the weight of your order at checkout.
 
Customs, Duties & Import Fees:
Shipping and handling charges do not include any customs fees or duties or taxes placed on the package. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Customs forms will be filled out with the actual total cost of your order and with an accurate description of the products ordered.
