Beautiful and flexible pattern

Thank you for a lovely, well-made pattern! I successfully made myself a dress with a customized skirt (only pleated on back and sides, added a contrast panel in front) from mid-weight cotton fabric. It feels good to wear and will be perfect for springtime.

I did have one technical difficulty: the pieces for the facings were not long enough. (I printed the XL size at home). I had to add about ¾ inch and recut the pieces to make it work.

The other issue I had was that the bodice is quite short for me, especially in front. I'm going to make another of these dresses soon, and will be adding about an inch to the bodice to bring the ties down to my natural waist.

Thank you for the Detailed Sew Along Tutorial video. It was so helpful – especially for knowing which way to attach the ties. :)

Lovely project

It was the first sewing project for me as an absolut beginner, so I sew two dresses from different fabrics, and it turned out lovely!

Hanbok wrap Dress

I received your pattern and it took me a few days to get it printed. I haven't made it yet because I was working on another project. It appears to be a very pretty dress and I can't wait to make it. Thank you.

Love this pattern but not my fit

I am a returning sewist finding my feet again after mainly quilting. This is my 3rd of Sara’s patterns (which I love) I’ve made up and least successful. Way too short waisted for me and with lengthening the wraps don’t sit right. Need to really work it through as I’d love to have a dress this style that fits. Fortunately I made it up from fabrics in my stash so all I really wasted was my time. Any tips on adjustments to the bodice for longer waist and bigger bust very welcome!
